This class blends functional strength training, mobility work, balance and stability exercises, and intentional conditioning to support long-term performance and everyday living. This is not a “senior class.” It’s a progressive longevity program built to help you move well, lift well, and live well — without the intensity or impact of faster-paced workouts. Each session focuses on improving joint health, building strength, increasing mobility, and enhancing overall quality of movement. With expert coaching and a supportive community atmosphere, you’ll train at a pace that feels challenging yet safe, with modifications available at every stage. Who It’s For: Adults typically 50 –70+ who want a guided, sustainable training option that supports strength, mobility, balance, and everyday function.
