HOW TO EXPERIENCE MADDX
MADDX offers both individual and partner divisions, allowing athletes to choose how they want to step into the race.
While the individual experience stands on its own, the partner division reflects something deeper. It represents shared effort, accountability, and the ability to move through challenge together. That is a core part of what TMF was built on.
Whether competing alone or alongside a partner, the standard remains the same. Show up prepared, stay present, and see it through.

RACE OVERVIEW
Race Structure: The race follows a continuous sequence of a 400 m run paired with an Assault Bike effort, followed by a functional station. This sequence is repeated before every station.
Stations: IRON GRIT Strength Block followed by 6 functional stations, each performed as a superset.
Categories: Women Singles · Men Singles · Doubles Women · Doubles Men · Coed Doubles.

HOW THE RACE WORKS
Athletes begin with the run and Assault Bike effort before entering the IRON GRIT Strength Block. From there, the same sequence continues before every station.
This pattern repeats through all 6 stations, requiring continuous transitions between endurance and strength.
____________________________________________________________________
SUPERSET FORMAT
Each station is completed as a paired sequence of movements performed back-to-back before moving forward.

DOUBLES RULES
Run + Bike: One partner completes the run while the other completes the Assault Bike effort. Then swap. Both must complete both before moving forward.
IRON GRIT: All exercises cannot be split. Both partners must complete each movement individually before moving on.
Other Stations: Work may be split between partners as needed.
____________________________________________________________________
SINGLES FORMAT
Athletes complete the full sequence on their own, including run, bike, and all station work.
