- All three scans must be redeemed within six (6) months of the purchase date.
- Scans may be used at any time during the six-month validity period.
- This package is non-refundable, non-transferable, and has no cash value.
- Scans may only be redeemed in person at The Maddison Fitness Facility (TMF).
- Appointment availability may vary. Scheduling in advance is recommended.
